Can I use my company's open account instead of a credit card?
Yes. If you want to place an order and bill your open account, please call (800) 282-2524 to speak with a sales representative to gain access to your open account or submit a Account Login Request.

What currencies and payment methods do you require for international orders?
We accept payments in US dollars. You can complete your order using a credit card.
C.O.D. orders cannot be placed through our website. Contact your Radar sales representative at (800) 282-2524 to place a C.O.D order.

How do I apply for a Radar account
If your business, institution, or government agency wishes to open an account with us, you can call your Radar sales representative at (800) 282-2524 or fax a completed New Account Form to (425) 527-1232.
Open account status is normally granted to well-rated organizations with three appropriate credit references and a banking history. Terms of payment are net 30 days. Please allow 24 hours to process open account applications. There will be a $20.00 service charge on all returned checks

Can I order if I am on credit hold?
Yes. If you are over your account "credit limit" credit hold, you can still place orders using a credit card. If you are on "stop order" credit hold, you must contact the Radar credit department at (800) 472-3271.

How do I submit a sales tax exemption certificate
If you don't already have a sales tax exemption certificate on file with us, please submit it via fax at (425) 527-1232 or email salestax@radarinc.com.

Will my order be charged sales tax? Why does the "Tax:" line in my shopping cart say "Unknown?"
Tax charges are unknown at the time of placing your order but will appear on your invoice. We are required by law to charge and collect state and local sales tax for all transactions in the states of Washington and Idaho. Sales tax will always be charged unless you have a state sales tax exemption certificate on file with us
