How do I find products?
There are several ways to find products on our website: Search, Category Browse, or Supplier Index.
- Quick Search - The Quick Search, located at the top of each page, allows you to specify whether you are searching for a "Keyword" or a "Part Number". Make your selection and enter your criteria in the search box and click "Go". Search results will display.
- Advanced Search - You can use the Advanced Search page to perform detailed search queries.
- Category Browse - Browse our product offering using the
Category Browse feature. We have divided
our product into over 10 major and over 200 minor categories. The category
browse allows you to quickly find the product you need. Click on one of the Product Categories in the left hand column to begin your search
- Supplier Index - If you need a product from a particular manufacturer, you can use the Supplier List. Look for products by selecting the manufacturer and then selecting product categories produced by that manufacturer until you find the product you need.

What can I enter in the search box?
Type in any search criteria, including:
- Part numbers, partial or complete
- Keywords
- Product attributes
After you type in your criteria, click "Go". Remember to select either "Keyword" or "Part Number".

How can I narrow my search?
The easiest way to focus your search is to select a specific product category
or vendor from the drop down boxes at the top of the search results page. This will direct the search
engine to only consider items in that product category or vendor. Click on the Filter button
to narrow your search.

How do I search for a part number?
Type in the part number in the search box and click "Go." The part number will appear in the search results.
If you only have a partial part number, type it in. The search will return part numbers that contain your entry.
Example: Look for a voltage regulator with 2936BM in the manufacturer part number.

What are non-catalog items?
Non-catalog items are not found in the catalog. Non-catalog items may be subject to minimum quantities and/or special handling charges. Shipment will be made as quickly as deliveries are received from our suppliers. Non-catalog items are sold on a non-cancelable, non-returnable basis. Prices are subject to change without notice.

How do I find more detailed technical information about a product?
We have additional technical information, including links to datasheets and manuals, for many products. When available, you'll find links to technical information on the search results and the product detail page. If there is no additional technical information available, use our manufacturer list to access technical information on manufacturer sites.

Why aren't there any results for my search?
If no parts match your criteria, you have probably entered too many criteria or you may have mistyped your keyword or part number.
Start a new search or use the
Category Browse to find the product you need.

Can I view my contract prices in the search results?
Yes. You must be logged in to see prices based on your service agreement with us.
We will always display your Contract price.
