Go to the Registration page and fill in some basic information about yourself. After you complete registration, you'll receive a confirmation notice at the e-mail address that you provided us.

How do I receive a username and password?

You will choose your own username and password when you register on the Radar website. Use your e-mail address as your username. After you register, we will send you an e-mail confirming your registration.

If you want to receive a username and password so that you can place an order and bill your open account, please call (800) 282-2524 to speak with a sales representative to gain access to your open account or submit a Account Login Request.

I'm a registered customer but I forgot my username.

Your username is your e-mail addreess. If you have forgotton your e-mail address then you'll need assistance from a service representative. Call 1-800-7232-773 to speak with a service representative.

I forgot my password.

At the top of each page in the right corner is a link to have your password e-mailed to you. Click on this link and enter your e-mail address in the space provided and click Submit. You will receive an e-mail containing your password. If you need additional assistance, call 1-800-723-2773 to speak with a service representative.
