Shipping & Handling/Delivery
All U.S. shipments are F.O.B. shipping point and, in all cases, title shall pass upon delivery to the carrier at point of shipment and thereafter, all risk of loss or damage shall be upon the customer. Company and carrier handling charges apply. Delivery dates provided in advance are estimates only and shall not represent fixed or guaranteed delivery dates. Orders received for in-stock products by the specified order entry cut-off time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are guaranteed to ship the same day. Upon a customer's request, we will either credit or refund the shipping charges in the event of a service failure. Next Day, and Second Day Air Service is available within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Export shipments to Canada are on the basis of D.D.P. (named place of destination duty paid) with the Company separately charging for the costs, insurance, and freight to bring the goods to the named place of destination. We are not able to ship outside of the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada at this time
Shipping Schedule
Orders placed before 2:00pm PST, Monday through Friday will ship same day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
Shipping Service and Carriers
We offer FedEX Ground, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight. All shipments are assumed to be Fedx Ground unless you indicate otherwise at checkout. Please select FedEX 2 Day or FedEx Standard Overnight if you desire faster delivery. In some cases, we may ship via the US Postal Service. For shipments above 200 lbs, we may use an LTL truck carrier.
Back Order Preferences
You may choose from the following:
- Backorder allowed - We'll ship in-stock items immediately and place any out-of-stock items on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available. Therefore, your order may arrive in single or multiple shipments. Freight is charged on each shipment.
- Ship order complete - If any items in your order are out of stock, we'll hold your order until all items become available. Your order will arrive in one shipment and only one freight charge will be incurred
- Ship current - Backorder balance complete - We'll ship in-stock items immediately and place any out-of-stock items on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped when the balance of the order is complete. Your order will arrive in a maximum of 2 shipments and multiple freight charges will be incurred.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are based on weight, carrier method, and distance. The actual freight is calculated at time of shipping. An additional $5.00 handling charge is added for orders under $50.00. See FedEx.com for rate tables and zone charts.
Products Damages in Transit
Our merchandise is carefully packed for shipment by our distribution center, or is prepackaged by our suppliers in compliance with carrier requirements. However, in the rare case where a shipment may be damaged, please follow the below guidelines:
- Inspect package for damage or tampering.
- If package appears to be opened or damaged, inspect contents immediately.
- If damage or loss is determined, make a note with driver.
- Save all packing materials until carrier rep has inspected shipment.
- Contact carrier (FedEx in most cases) and make a claim.
Please note: You must file any claims, with supporting documentation, in accordance with the terms of the carrier responsible for your delivery. Failure to do so will result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim. For your protection, our billings include insurance for damage or loss in transit.
Shipment Notification
When your order is shipped, we will send a shipping notice to your e-mail address. The notice contains the carrier tracking number, if applicable, as well as the shipment total.
